from past 2 years, i have been obsessed with improving my healthspan and lifespan. during this time, i have gone deep into longevity and metabolic health and have experimented multiple things to solve for my health. there are multiple practices that i follow to manage my health. i am creating this guide to curate all the learnings and practices.
