this page talks specifically about the nutritional practices that i follow. i will go deep into each one of them explaining the science behind them, why i do what i do and results that i have been seeing.
my current practices:
- ketogenic nutrition that is high on fats and protein and very low on carbohydrates (i eat the same food almost everyday)
- choosing foods that protect the liver, feed the gut and support the brain
- limit eating outside or outside food as much as i can (except for rare occasions)
- completely avoid sugar, packaged ultraprocessed foods, seed oils, refined grains
- daily fasting of 16-18 hours ****and occasional long fasts of 36-48-72 hours

whenever thinking about eating something, ask yourself, whether it is your brain that is craving for food, or is it your body asking for food.
ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! and not to your brain, because brain can trick you very often :)
